Pineapple Whip
Starting off with a classic, Pineapple Whip has always been a fan favorite, and for good reason. This fruity soft-serve dole whip is delicious and refreshing. It’s the perfect way to cool you down any day this summer. It’s always been one of my preferred summer treat destinations because of its close location and flavorful desserts.
My favorite flavor being Mango-Peach, the perfect sweetness for a hot summer day. Right in our backyard, one of Pineapple Whip’s four local trucks is located across the street on Campbell.
Classic Rock Coffee
Speaking of classics, Classic Rock Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops because of its captivating aesthetic. The colorful lighting, bathroom graffiti, and exquisite music taste, make this place more than just a regular coffee shop, but instead a fun hangout spot. Their delectable menu selection makes it even all the more better.
On top of coffee, they also serve smoothies, teas, protein shakes, and pastries. My favorite recommendation is an iced Sweet Emotion because it has dark chocolate and sweet caramel. Make sure to stop by Classic Rock Coffee on Sunshine.
Lucky Cat BoBa Tea and Taiyaki
To quench your thirst this summer, head to this boba tea shop that serves Asian-style desserts. They have many varying flavors of boba to choose from, including lime, peach, orange, strawberry, and rainbow jelly. There are also many appetizing treats such as taiyaki, which is essentially a pancake-shaped fish with filling inside.
The interior is cozy and bright, creating a comforting atmosphere. Lucky Cat is located nearby in the Primrose Marketplace, it makes the perfect summer date destination.
The Crêpe Shack
Finally, I’ve saved the best for last. If you’ve ever taken a foreign language class and attended food truck day, you’ve probably seen this French delicacy. Crêpes, in my opinion, are the most delicious thing on the planet and nothing else compares.
The Crêpe Shack, in particular, has especially mouth-watering options. My favorite item off the menu is the Blueberry Hill crêpe. It has a cheesecake filling and is topped with blueberries, blueberry sauce, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
Unfortunately, the Crêpe Shack is event only, but the food is so heavenly I had to include it anyway. If you do ever come across this food truck, I promise you will not want to miss out.
