A: I’m glad that I made the mistake of not managing my time very well. I now realize that work life balance is a super important part of life.

A: I hope people realize that nothing is finite, and people can always change. If you don’t like where you’re currently at you can do something about it.

A: I would rather know everything, because I think being well rounded is important.

Q: What’s one mistake you’re glad you made?
A: One mistake I’m glad I made was not advocating for myself during my freshman year. I had two grades that kept me from being valedictorian, that could have been changed by a one minute conversation with my teachers. I’m glad I learned how important it is to communicate with your teachers.
Q: What’s one thing you want people to take away from your speech?
A: One thing I want people to take away is not letting taking school seriously stand in the way of enjoying it.
