Lemon Crinkle Cookies
These lemon crinkle cookies are the perfect spring treat. Incredibly easy to whip up, they offer a delightful blend of zesty lemon and just the right amount of sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Directions:
First, start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt, and set aside. In a different bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Then, mix in eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract with the butter and sugar mixture.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient mixture and then form balls. Roll the cookie dough balls in powdered sugar and space evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and serve fresh.

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, stir until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, espresso powder, and salt.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together, then fold chocolate chips into the batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Once taken out of the oven, take pastel M&M’s and arrange them into a flower pattern on top.
Strawberry Shortcake Puppy Chow

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
Directions:
In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Once melted, add strawberry cake mix into the melted white chocolate.
Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and coat the cereal evenly. If you want to take this recipe to the next level, you can put powdered sugar and chopped strawberries into a bag and shake until the strawberries are covered. Then mix the strawberries evenly within the puppy chow.
Cadbury Egg Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients:
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 12 oz. bag of mini marshmallows
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup mini Cadbury eggs
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Next, from the large bag of marshmallows, remove ½ cup and set aside. Then add the remaining marshmallows to the melted butter and stir consistently until melted and smooth. Once melted, remove from heat and add vanilla extract and mix.
Immediately add the rice krispies and stir until combined. Add the ½ cup of marshmallows that were set aside and the mini Cadbury eggs into the Rice Krispie’s mixture and stir gently until all the cereal is coated. Pour this mixture into a baking pan and press firmly into the pan. Add the remaining mini Cadbury eggs evenly on top, wait for it to cool down and serve!
